We, G.S. Levine, hereby agree to:

  1. Provide considerate and respectful insurance and risk management services.
  2. Work on your behalf with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to provide excellent service.
  3. Design insurance programs that meet your specific needs, identify loss sources and cost control programs.
  4. Always negotiate the best value (price, coverage and terms) on your behalf.
  5. "Tell it like it is." To be forthcoming with you in all transactions so that you may plan accordingly.
  6. Act on your behalf in the most professional manner possible and conform to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  7. Communicate. That means we will be an active listener, return telephone calls and email promptly.
  8. Obtain your authorization before binding any coverages on your behalf.
  9. Preserve your confidences and only disclose the information about your business or other matters, to persons that must know.
  10. Remain current on the laws and trends related to your business/industry.
  11. Properly maintain all insurance policies and records related to your account.
  12. Maintain and store your records in a place which is secure from theft and unnecessary access.
  13. Promptly release your files upon your request.
